It is the modern day in the city of Shanghai.

The city is bustling, brimming with people. District to district is glitz, glamour, and money. Bars, restaurants, hotels, all dressed in a veneer of polished marble and plated gold.

But under all this is a struggle for power and at the top of this mountain of ethereal bodies is the Prince of the city-- a ruler who has received the mandate of heaven in the absence of a true emperor of China. They influence politics in Shanghai and across the country, reign over the triads that gnash their teeth at their feet, and decide what will and will not be in this realm of man.

In this world of betrayal and lies, are you deserving of this Mandate of Heaven?

Will you be the one the King Dragon calls when the Prince falls dead?

ONLY for humanoid OC, original MMO characters (WoW, Wildstar, etc), and original concepts (not necessarily a character, but an original idea that you'd like to see me do). No fanart or other licensed material, and the resultant material MAY NOT be used for commercial purposes. Pencils only, $100. If you want the original, it's $150 domestic $170 international, inclusive of the shipping and an upgrade in paper/materials/size. No limits on number of applications you can make, so go wild, but payment is due via paypal before I begin. If you need to pay via snailmail, just let me know and we can work it out.

ALL applications should be posted in the comments to this journal so that I can keep track of them easily, if they start going to my notes, i start losing them since you can't search for them there. D; I prefer if you make separate applications for each one that you want, since I like to make a list with links to specific apps and it's more organized if each one is separate. After you make the app, i'll contact you and let you know where to send funds and if necessary, take down your address (or the address the gift is to be sent to) or ask you for additional information. If you don't get the original, you'll get a 300DPI scan of your piece. No M-Preg, No Scat, and if you want more than one character in the image, contact me first and we can figure it out.

Thanks guys! Some of these, if they turn out well, I may use as bases for larger paintings-- the other reason I only wanna do OC stuff for these commissions. If that happens, I will send you an 11x17 print of the final painting on its completion next year sometime.
